You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect on arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, please email a photo to [email protected] within 48 hours. We will replace or refund the item after verification.
Return Process
Message us on Instagram or by email to request a return. Once approved, send the item back. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
